Domaine de la Romanée Conti Rarities
“Les Gaudichots” is a DRC premier cru no longer being made, as the domaine integrated the plots into their grand cru La Tache in the 1930s. This rarity makes it a unicorn those who buy fine wine and being as such, the sales of it led the way at a recent auction held in London by Sotheby’s. Six bottles fetched 70,077 dollars. Other sales highlighted include younger wines from Haut Brion, Mission Haut Brion and Petrus.
