Zachys Sells DRC Case

Since 2012, a case of DRC has not made as much as it did in an auction Zachys just held that realized 1.5 million in Hong Kong. The case was one of 694 lots that included both fine French wine and spirits. Beyond Burgundy, there were sales of Bordeaux heavyweights such as Petrus and Lafite. Zachys president says that this was one of the best sales in Hong Kong in some time, proof that there is still a desire to buy fine wine. As for spirits, 150 lots of rare whisky were a unique offering.
