2016 Bordeaux Predictions

The harvest was not expected to be a great as it is shaping up to be so far. The wines are all exhibiting plush fruit and floral aromas, ripe and ready for the glass. The en primeur sales are set to begin, and if you buy premium wine you’ll want to keep your eye on the releases. While there is some unease due to French elections, a falling pound, and Brexit, hopes are high in the USA, where the dollar is strong. Everyone will be watching and waiting.
