Parker’s 2005 Review

A ten-year review of the 2005 vintage in Bordeaux spawned increased action in the Liv-ex market as traders who buy fine wine guessed which wines might get better scores and have corresponding increases in price. The results did in fact feature wines that benefitted from higher numbers such as Smith Haut Lafite whose score rose to 98 points. The market has since calmed some, but the long-term effect of Parker’s revisiting remains to be seen. Click through for more details on the retrospective’s results!
