Happy Birthday, Billecart-Salmon!
Billecart-Salmon, known for its rosé Champagne will host myriad celebrations of its 200th year in business. The house is still owned and run by family, and with each successive generation has evolved and improved, keeping up with the times while remaining true to its family roots. The culmination of the celebrations held worldwide, from Singapore to Los Angeles, will be at the estate in Mareuil-sur-Ay, complete with tours. The house is also releasing some special bottles to mark the occasion: magnums of Bicentenary Cuvée and Cuvée Louis, named in honor of one of the founding members.
