A New Champagne Chef
Dom Pérignon has been making Champagne since the 17th century, and for the past 28 years has been the product of Richard Geoffrey's genius. In a momentous decision, Geoffrey will be passing the keys to castle to a new chef-de-cave, his assistant Vincent Chaperon.
